Using plyometric boxes, agility ladders, resistance bands, and sleds, we design sport-specific circuits that develop explosive leg drive, rapid change-of-direction speed, and core stability. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, each session emphasizes proper mechanics and progressive overload—building the lean muscle and quick reflexes young baseball players need to steal bases, cover ground in the outfield, and deliver powerful swings.
To track progress, we conduct regular performance assessments—measuring sprint times, vertical leap, and shuttle runs—so athletes see tangible gains in both strength and footwork.
